Ich habe meinen Home-Ordner via DejaDup auf eine expterne HDD gesichert. Nun wollte ich die Dateien via DejaDup wieder herstellen (jedoch auf den Desktop) was wegen einer Fehlermeldung fehlschägt.

Daher meine Frage: wie bekomme ich nun sämtliche Daten aus dem Backup in den Unterordner meines Desktops? Die Daten sind _sehr_ wichtig, so dass ich auf Teufel komm 'raus an die Daten muss.
Alles, was ich bei meiner bisherigen google-Suche fand waren Möglichkeiten einzelne Dateien wiederherzustellen. Etwas mühsam, wenn es sich um tausende Fotos und Dokumente handelt.
Habt ihr Ideen?
