ich hab mir mal eine Frage bzgl der Namensgebung von Server-Networks.
Man habe eine Domain: mydomain.tld
Man habe zudem 2 Root-Server (erstmal)...
Welche Hostnames kann ich denn benutzen?
Meine Basis:
1. Root: root1.mydomain.tld 2. Root: root2.mydomain.tld Mailserver: mx1.mydomain.tld (gleiche IP wie Root1) VPN-Server: vpn.mydomain.tld (gleiche IP wie Root2)
Nun haben aber beide Server 2 IPs. 😀
ALso muss ich noch etwas ergänzen, zudem gibt es ja noch das 2nd Level:
1. Root 2IP: root1-pub.mydomain.tld 2. Root 2IP: root2-pub.mydomain.tld mydomain.tld => zeigt auf IP2 von root1
Nur bin ich mit "root1-pub.mydomain.tld nicht sehr glücklich... Hab ihr da Ideen für einen anderen Namen? Oder Soll man ambesten so was wie "root1.prv-host.mydomain.tld" für die private IP und "root1.pub-host.mydomain.tld" nutzen?
