Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS Release: 14.04 Codename: trusty uname -rm 3.13.0-44-generic x86_64
sudo apt-get remove --purge bcmwl-kernel-source sudo apt-get install --reinstall linux-headers-$(uname -r) linux-headers-generic build-essential mkdir BroadcomSTA64 && cd BroadcomSTA64 wget www.broadcom.com/docs/linux_sta/hybrid-v35_64-nodebug-pcoem-6_30_223_'''248'''.tar.gz tar xvf hybrid-v35_64-nodebug-pcoem-6_30_223_248.tar.gz make sudo make install sudo depmod -a sudo modprobe wl iwconfig eth0 no wireless extensions. lo no wireless extensions.
