nach längerem kämpfen habe ich es immer noch nicht geschafft den Sound an meinem Laptop zu aktivieren. habe schon einige Foren durchsucht.

habe versucht die Sound-Karte in /usr/share/doc/alsa-base/driver/ALSA-Configuration.txt.gz und in /etc/moduls einzutragen, hat beides nicht auch geklappt, Alsa-Regler sind alle offen, restricted-modules und backports sind auch installiert (aus anderem Eintrag hier im Forum)

was ich mir als Fehler noch verstellen könnte, wäre das der Pc den sound über den HDMI ausgibt, und nicht über die eingebauten Speaker, kann ich aber nicht prüfen

Grafik ist eine ATI HD 5650

würde mich über Hilfe freuen

das gleiche problem hier, der Sound wird sehr sehr leise mit maximalen Einstellungen wiedergegeben (alle mögliche mixer und regler ausprobiert)

bei mir ist nicht nur wenig Sound, sondern gar keiner, ich weiß nicht in wie fern das dann das selbe Problem ist. Aber die Hardware ist die selbe.

EDIT: die beiden Links helfen mir leider nicht weiter, über eine alternative denke ich erst am schluss nach, möchte das intern schon zum laufen kriegen. Beim test mit gstreamer-properties bekomme ich auch keine Ausgabe

@Gerd50 in der Liste der Soundkarten http://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/Soundkarten_installieren/HDA?highlight=hda%20intel ist ALC269 nicht aufgeführt, dennoch habe ich bei mir mit Option model=auto , model=basic und model=sony ausprobiert. leider kein erfolg. Die Variante mit Softwaremodem werde ich gleich ausprobieren, allerdings weiss ich nicht, ob ich welchen habe und welchen Treiber ich zu deaktivieren habe.

@wedro: Die "model= " Einstellungen stehen in der /usr/share/doc/alsa-base/driver/HD-Audio-Models.txt.gz hab bei mir aber auch schon alle ohne Erfolg ausprobiert

EDIT 3: innteresannt ist vlt auch noch http://forums.remote-exploit.org/bt4beta-non-working-hardware/20676-intel-hda-audio.html , bin aber noch nicht dazugekommen dies durchzuarbeiten

Ich habe das gleiche Problem und schon alles ausprobiert. Wenn ich alsa manuell installiere, kommen immer Fehler "Zugriff verweigert!" Hat schon wer eine Lösung?

ab "/usr/bin gtksu gedit" weiss ich nicht mehr, was zusammengehört und was nicht. bitte mal jede zeile in "" stellen, oder anders trennen. in codeblocks oder so. weil gtksu ist laut shell kein befehl und sonst weiss ich auch nicht weiter

(wenn man sudo -s wget http://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/tiwai/misc/hda-verb/hda-verb-0.3.tar.gz am anfang verwendet, ohne doppeltes ftp. Des weiteren habe ich bei mir nur sudo anstadt gtksu verwendet)

Freue mich das es nach langem suchen doch noch eine lösung gibt

dann hda-verb-0.3.tar.gz entpacken

cd hda-verb-0.3
make
cp hda-verb /usr/bin 

dann die rc.local als root öffnen durch:

sudo gedit/etc/rc.local

an diese datei hängt man den folgenden text an (bei mir vor "exit 0"):

# Realtek ALC269 - SonyVAIO
/usr/bin/hda-verb /dev/snd/hwC0D0 0x19 SET_PIN_WIDGET_CONTROL 0x22

und damit sollte alles funktionieren

Hallo zusammen, auch ich habe mir ein Sony vaio vpc ea1s1e zugelegt und stand vor der gleichen Problematik mit der Marvell Netzwerkkarte und dem Sound. Ich habe Ubuntu 10.04 rc2 installiert und anschliessend einen kompletten Upgrade mit der Aktualisierungverwaltung duchgeführt. Danach funktionierte der Netzwerkanschluss mit der Marvell Netzwerkkarte problemlos. Dann installierte ich, gemäss hubi135's Vorgehen das hda Tool und fügte den Eintrag in die /etc/rc.local ein.

Der Sicherheit halber wurde ein Reboot durchgeführt. Nun funktionierte auch die Soundausgabe.

Zum Schluss wurde über die Funktion "Hardware-Treiber" der ATI Grafiktreiber installiert.

Voila, nun geht mein Sony, wie er sollte.

Ich hoffe dies möge anderen helfen.
