In Matlab erscheint bei manchen Eingaben folgender Fehler:

Unable to load mex file: /opt/matlab7/toolbox/symbolic/maplemex.mexglx.
/opt/matlab7/bin/glnx86/libmaple.so: symbol errno, version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference
??? Invalid MEX-file '/opt/matlab7/toolbox/symbolic/maplemex.mexglx': .

Error in ==> maple at 104
[result,status] = maplemex(statement);

Error in ==> solve at 62
maple('_EnvExplicit := true;');

Ich vermute, dass bei mir an glibc irgendetwas nicht stimmt… (falsche Version?) … installiert sein müsste es ja wenn ich das Metapaket build-essential habe, oder?!

ich habe auch Probleme mit meinen mex-Files.
Wenn ich meine C Dateien mit: „mex Dateiname“ kompiliere (was ohne Fehler funktioniert) und dann ausführen will gibt er mir folgende Fehler aus:

Unable to load mex file: ....../calrefobject.mexglx.
/usr/local/matlab/bin/glnx86/../../sys/os/glnx86/libgcc_s.so.1: version `GCC_4.2.0' not found (required by /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6)
??? Invalid MEX-file '....../calrefobject.mexglx': .

Vielleicht hat ja jemand eine Idee was ich machen kann.

Nach http://www.mathworks.com/support/solutions/data/1-1BDU5.html die entpackte libmaple.so (unten im Text verlinkt) in $MATLABROOT/bin/glnx86/ kopieren, und es geht. export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1 funktioniert nicht.

Getestet mit Matlab 7 auf Feisty.

Getestet mit Matlab 7.1 auf Feisty.
