Hallo.
Ich möchte in einem einem bestehenden LVM-System eine zweite Platte als RAID1 einbinden. Ausgangssituation:
fdisk -l Platte /dev/sda: 160.0 GByte, 160041885696 Byte 255 Köpfe, 63 Sektoren/Spuren, 19457 Zylinder Einheiten = Zylinder von 16065 × 512 = 8225280 Bytes Disk identifier: 0x000106f3 Gerät boot. Anfang Ende Blöcke Id System /dev/sda1 * 1 12 96358+ 83 Linux /dev/sda2 13 19457 156191962+ 5 Erweiterte /dev/sda5 13 19457 156191931 8e Linux LVM Platte /dev/sdb: 160.0 GByte, 160041885696 Byte 255 Köpfe, 63 Sektoren/Spuren, 19457 Zylinder Einheiten = Zylinder von 16065 × 512 = 8225280 Bytes Disk identifier: 0x000c931f Gerät boot. Anfang Ende Blöcke Id System
Ich möchte dann am Ende eine Boot-Partition /dev/md0 mit ext3 (bestehend aus /dev/sda1 und /dev/sdb1) und eine LVM-Partition /dev/md1 (bestehend aus /dev/sda5 und /dev/sdb5) haben.
Zur Vorbereitung also:
apt-get install mdadm modprobe md modprobe multipath modprobe linear modprobe raid1
Dann hab ich die Partitionstabelle von /dev/sda auf /dev/sdb übertragen
sfdisk -d /dev/sda|fdisk /dev/sdb
und anschließend die beiden sdb-Partitionen in den Typus RAID geändert.
Nun siehts also folgendermaßen aus:
fdisk -l Platte /dev/sda: 160.0 GByte, 160041885696 Byte 255 Köpfe, 63 Sektoren/Spuren, 19457 Zylinder Einheiten = Zylinder von 16065 × 512 = 8225280 Bytes Disk identifier: 0x000106f3 Gerät boot. Anfang Ende Blöcke Id System /dev/sda1 * 1 12 96358+ 83 Linux /dev/sda2 13 19457 156191962+ 5 Erweiterte /dev/sda5 13 19457 156191931 8e Linux LVM Platte /dev/sdb: 160.0 GByte, 160041885696 Byte 255 Köpfe, 63 Sektoren/Spuren, 19457 Zylinder Einheiten = Zylinder von 16065 × 512 = 8225280 Bytes Disk identifier: 0x000c931f Gerät boot. Anfang Ende Blöcke Id System /dev/sdb1 * 1 12 96358+ fd Linux raid autodetect /dev/sdb2 13 19457 156191962+ 5 Erweiterte /dev/sdb5 13 19457 156191931 fd Linux raid autodetect
Die partitionen /dev/sdb1, /dev/sdb2 und /dev/sdb5 sind aber plötzlich nicht mehr da:
ls /dev/sd* /dev/sda /dev/sda1 /dev/sda2 /dev/sda5 /dev/sdb
Dementsprechend schlägt auch der Versuch, ein RAID-Array zu erstellen, fehl:
mdadm --create /dev/md0 --level=1 --raid-devices=2 missing /dev/sdb1 mdadm: Cannot open /dev/sdb1: No such file or directory mdadm: create aborted
Hat jemand ne Idee?
