Ich würde gerne den Network-Manager zum laufen bekommen. Ich habe ein Notebook mit Wireless LAN Intel PRO/Wireless 2200, zwei Netzwerken (Kabel und WLAN), aber keins von beiden wird angezeigt wenn ich auf das Symbol klicke.
Nach der Wiki-Anleitung habe ich die /etc/networking/interfaces bearbeitet:

Ist das so richtig?
Muss man eigentlich immer die ganze Maschine neustarten oder reicht es mit /etc/init.d/networking restart? Wie starte ich dann NetworkManager neu?
