Hallo Leute,
ich habe seit gestern Ubuntu installiert, mit den Nvidia Treiber (346.59) die ich über den Software & Update Bereich installiert habe.
An die Grafikkarte (GTX 560 TI) sind zwei Monitore angeschlossen, DVI 1920x1080, HDMI 2560x1440 ← ist aber auf 2048x1152 eingestellt. Genau hier brauche ich Hilfe. Wie kann ich die Grafikkarte unter Ubuntu dazu "zwingen" das Bild in 2560x1440 (60Hz) auszugeben? Ich probiere schon seit gestern Abend herum aber es hat noch nichts funktioniert, deswegen bin ich jetzt hier 😀
Ich muss noch dazu sagen, dass die Grafikkarte anscheinend von sich aus kein 1440p Signal über HMDI ausgiebt, zumindest muste ich unter Windows auch erst mit einer eigenen angelegten Einstellung in den Nvidia Treiber Einstellungen die Grafikkarte dazu zwingen ein 1440p Singal auszugeben. Die Möglichkeit mit der eigenen Einstellung der Auflösung gibt es aber in dem Linux Treiber nicht..
