You can easily test a more recent kernel with a newer driver directly from the official repository:
sudo apt-get install linux-image-4.2.0-18-generic linux-image-extra-4.2.0-18-generic linux-headers-4.2.0-18 linux-headers-4.2.0-18-generic
Reboot. None of the measures proposed so far leads to success? Let us look a little deeper into the system.
cat /etc/default/grub
cat /proc/interrupts
dmesg > dmesg.txt # Kernel Ring-Buffer directly after boot
The dmesg-output is slightly longer, why diverted directly into the text file to obtain the complete output.

No improvement with the 4.2 kernel? BIOS settings show nothing unusual, but disable the „Atheros Boot-Agent“ an set the Boot-Priority to the harddisk.

No effect with the new kernel. I set the boot priority to hard disk but I din't see any disable button for Atheros boot agent. Some websites say PXE Boot to LAN is for disabling network, which I tried already but no use. 😢 If I uninstall windows will it work ?

No, Ethernet must operate independently. EDIT: Try the following Kelnel-Option. Edit for this the /etc/default/grub
...
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="noprompt persistent pci=nocrs iommu=soft"
...
Activate:
sudo update-grub
Reboot. Alternativ to iommu=soft bootoption, look for a corresponding option in the BIOS an enable it. It ist also called „Intel Virtualization Tech“ (Intel-VT).

No it didn't work. I tried both editing /etc/default/grub and disabling Intel VT (previously it was enabled) but no change. I also tried updating alx driver (https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/projects/backports/2015/11/15/backports-20151115.tar.gz) | sudo apt-get install linux-headers-generic build-essential
