Ich habe Ubuntu 16.04 auf einem MSI Wind Notebook installiert.
Beim Booten erscheint am oberen Bildschirmrand ein violetter Streifen, anschließend ein Balken aus weißen Strichen und Punkten. Dann füllt sich der Bildschirm links zu vier Fünfteln mit weißen Punkten und Strichen. Rechts daneben, im letzten Fünftel des Bildschirms, ist ein Teil des Desktops klar zu erkennen.
Wenn ich vor dem Booten einen externen Monitor anschließe, tritt das Problem nicht auf. Dann erscheint der Desktop auf dem internen und externen Monitor klar. Auch wenn ich den externen Monitor in den Einstellungen unter "Anzeigegeräte" abschalte, liefert der interne Monitor immer noch ein klares Bild.
Ich möchte das Notebook aber ohne externen Monitor nutzen. Was muss ich ändern?
