Mit ein mehr Hilfe, aus diesem Forum und GitHub, als Eigenkenntnise habe ich mir einen Server zusammengeschraubt...tippt auf dem hinter sslh Nextcloud und OpenVPN läuft. Aus diversen Problemen mit Hotel-, Flughafen- und diversen anderen "öffentlichen" W-Lan´s heraus begründet läuft OpenVPN auf tcp443.
Ich kann mich auf den OpenVPNserver aufschalten. Allerdings scheine ich von dort aus nicht mehr in Internet zu kommen.
auch wenn ich nicht glaube das es helfen wird habe ich hier /etc/openvpn/server.conf

Nextcloud Funktioniert scheinbar, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten Clientseitig, reibungslos.
