Edit1: Allerdings frage ich mich, 4K? Ist dein Monitor 4K fähig, den PC bekommt man sicher dazu, aber wenn dein Monitor das nicht wiedergeben kann, wozu dann das ganze? Ich finde ja diesen HEVC auch sehr reizend, allerdings brauchst du immer ein entsprechendes Endgerät.
