Hallo Gemeinde, ich bin auf der suche nach einer Lösung wie ich der Grafikkarte im NUC8i7 (Iris Plus Graphics 655) eine höhere Auflösung als 1920x1080 entlocken kann. Ich habe Ubuntu 18.04 im Einsatz und scheitere scheinbar am passenden Treiber für die Karte. DuckDuckGo meint immer das die Intel Grafikkarten eine hervorragende Unterstützung geniessen und es eigentlich gehen müsste ☹ Aber der Teufel liegt halt mal im Detail Hat jemand eine Idee ?

Laut der EDID aus der xrandr Ausgabe hängt da ein Samsung S27A550H dran - und der kann laut Datenblatt nicht mehr als Full-HD. Wenn du es nicht glaubst, kannst du es dir selbst ansehen: 1

Hm ... ich bilde mir ein das das Vorgängergerät ein MacMini für diesen Montior eine andere Auflösung hatte. Das müsste ich dann ggf. nochmals umbauen. Dir schon mal vielen Dank für deine Hilfe und meine dumme Frage.
