Hallo Leute, ich würde mich gerne hier einklinken. Habe leider mit dem WLAN USB RTL8812bu ähnliche Probleme. Hatte es geschafft das der Stick heute endlich problemlos lief - bis vor 1 Stunde. Dann wieder der gleiche Mist: Keine Verbindung - Frage nach Passwort usw. Bin daher jetzt mit LAN unterwegs.
Installiert hatte ich mit diesen Befehlen:

Hilft das irgendwie. Bin sehr dankbar für jeden Tipp. Denke sonst darüber nach auf DLAN umzusteigen. So gerne ich mit UBUNTU unterwegs bin (seit 12.04 LTS) - aber das mit den USB-WLAN ist Mist.
Wichtig: ich bin interessierte Laie.
