Hallo zusammen ich habe meinen Laptop neu machen müssen. Ubuntu Mate 18.04.xx installiert, HPLIP 3.19.12 installiert. Test ... beide Drucker drucken, Scanner funktioniert.
do-release-upgrade aufgespielt ... beide Drucker drucken, Verbindung zum Scanner (HP M477fdw) nicht mehr möglich. Meldung von xsane :
"Fehler beim Öffnen des Geräts 'hpaio:/net/hp_color_laserjet_mfp_m477fdw?ip=192.168.1.204&queue=false': Fehler während Geräte I/O." Die frage nach dem verändern der hplip-config habe ich bei upgrade verneint. Kann jemand helfen ???? Gruß Jochen

Mache doch mal einen Reinstall von HPLIP und konfiguriere zur Not deinen Scanner da neu.
PS: Du kannst gleich auf 19.10 aktualisieren, 19.04 läuft in wenigen Tagen aus.

unistall.py ??? ist erledigt aber unter Drucker sind die die Drucker noch eingetragen. PS: Du kannst gleich auf 19.10 aktualisieren, 19.04 läuft in wenigen Tagen aus.
komisch ... unter 'do-release-upgrade' hat er heute morgen nicht das 19.04 gemacht
