Hallo liebe Community, nach langem suchen, gebe ich es auf und wende mich an euch.
Ich habe zwei Kopfhörer mit Mikrofon ausprobiert, aber es ging nicht.
Kopfhörer wird erkannt und ich kann ganz normal kann alles hören, aber der interner Mikrofon nicht.
Ich habe zwei Front-Buchsen einmal für Mikrofon und einmal Kopfhörer, ich steck es in die Kopfhörer-Buchse (wie immer). Ein paar Bilder und Konsolenausgabe: pulseaudio

Wenn der Kopfhörer nur einen Klinken-Anschluss mit 4 Polen hat, geht das nicht, wenn der PC das nicht auch hat. Es wird ein Adapter benötigt, der den Kombi-Anschluss auf 2x Klinge aufdröselt (kann man, wenn man 2 Klinken-Stecker hat auch selbst löten).
Dann kommt der vom Kopfhörer (meist grün) am PC in den Köpfhörer-Anschluss und der rote in den Mikro-Anschluss.

Ich musste etwas nach installieren: sudo apt-get install alsa-tools

4) Nachtrag, das hab ich auch gefunden gehabt..
aktuell sieht meine datei so aus,nur wenn ich den Eintrag "options snd_hda_intel model=headset-mic" einfüge funktioniert es,aber das sind zuviele neben Geräusche (knistern):

Es wurde nur eine neue Datei angelegt:
File: /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-alc.conf, aber wie gesagt der Eintrag da drin hat keine Auswirkung auf etwas.
