Hallo zusammen, ich bin auf Kubuntu der Version 20.04 umgestiegen. Nun wollte ich mein Headset zum Laufen zu bringen. Das habe ich auch unter 18.04 nicht geschafft, will aber einen neuen Anlauf machen. Ohne Headset-Unterstützung werde ich wohl nicht voll auf Kubuntu umsteigen können, was ich eigentlich nach dem kennenlernen unter 18.04 nun mit der nächsten LTS vor hatte. Ich habe einen Acer Aspire V 13 mit der Model-Nr. V3-372-518V. Dieses hat einen TRRS-Klinkensteckereingang. Die ist ein Stecker, mit dem man in einem Stecker sein Headset verbinden kann. Es gibt also keine separaten Stecker für das Mic und den Kopfhörer. Unter Win 10 funktioniert das alles, es ist also kein Hardware-Problem. Ich weiß, dass es auch kein Linux-Problem ist, sondern daran liegt, dass die Hersteller der Sound-Chips den internen Aufbau der Chips geheim halten. Dennoch hoffe ich, hier Menschen zu finden, die mit helfen, die richtigen Einstellungen vorzunehmen. Ich bin kein absolute Kubuntu-Neuling, würde mich selbst aber auch nicht als versierten Anwender bezeichnen. Codec: Intel Skylake HDMI In den Dateien "/usr/share/doc/alsa-base/driver/ALSA-Configuration.txt.gz" und "/usr/share/doc/alsa-base/driver/HD-Audio-Models.txt.gz" wurde ich nicht fündig. Aus der Datei "/usr/share/doc/linux-doc/sound/hd-audio/models.rst.gz" habe ich mehrere Einstellungen in der Datei "/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf" versucht. Beide Mikrofone haben einen Signaleingang und nehmen somit etwas auf. Aber leider sind Kopfhörer und interne Lautsprecher lautlos. zu 14.: In der Auswahl im Lautstärkemixer gibt es sowohl ein "Internes Mikrofon" als auch ein "Mikrofon", bei der Einstellung "Mikrofon" gibt es aber kein Signaleingang, dafür ist hier der Kopfhörer voll funktionsfähig. zu 16.: In der Auswahl im Lautstärkemixer gibt es sowohl ein "Internes Mikrofon" als auch ein "Mikrofon". Die Ausgabe erfolgt aber über die internen Lautsprecher, selbst wenn im Lautstärkemixer "Kopfhörer" als Ausgangsgerät gewählt wurde. Damit bin ich aber momentan auch am Ende mit meinem Wissen. Vielleicht kann mir ja hier jemand helfen. Ich würde mich sehr darüber freuen. Der Inhalt der alsa-base.conf ist Folgender:

Willkommen im Forum ☺ Zeige mal bitte die Terminal Ausgaben von dmesg | egrep -i "alsa|snd|hdmi" Lasse das Terminal auf und gebe alsactl monitor ein.Stecke nun mal das Headset ein und aus.Zeige auch davon die Ausgabe.

Moin,wie man erkennen kann wird beim Einstecken nur der Kopfhörerlautsprecher erkannt. Der Eingang für Mic ist aber da (Mic=0x12). Zeige mal cat /proc/asound/card*/codec\#0

Kopfhörer geht, Mikro nicht. Ich habe auch nur das interne Mikro und eines der Freisprecheinrichtung (aber das hat nur ein gestörtes Signal).

Ich habe mal die Ausgaben erfasst, bei den Optionen, bei denen zumindest das Headsetmikro funktioniert hat. "options snd-hda-intel model=dell-headset-multi" (In der Auswahl im Lautstärkemixer gibt es sowohl ein "Internes Mikrofon" als auch ein "Mikrofon". Beide Mikrofone haben einen Signaleingang und nehmen somit etwas auf. Aber leider sind Kopfhörer und interne Lautsprecher lautlos, wenn das Headset eingesteckt ist.) dmesg | egrep -i "alsa|snd|hdmi"

Hi, versuch auch die Option model=generic Sieh bitte nach, ob im Alsamixer die Möglichkeit besteht, auf das Headsetmic einzuwirken. Gibt es im BIOS einen Eintrag Audio/Mic o. ä.? Hast Du schon daran gedacht, einen USB-Cinch-Adapter zu verwenden?

Hallo Ihr beiden, alle drei vorgeschlagene Optionen haben kein Headsetmikro in der Lautstärkeeinstellungen zur Auswahl gebracht. Ich habe es mit folgenden Versucht: options snd-hda-intel model=inv-dmic
options snd-hda-intel model=eapd
options snd-hda-intel model=generic klasie schrieb: Sieh bitte nach, ob im Alsamixer die Möglichkeit besteht, auf das Headsetmic einzuwirken.
Im Alsamixer habe ich in den Standardeinstellungen nur "Mic Boost" und "Capture". Sonst wird unter Aufnahme nichts angezeigt. klasie schrieb: Gibt es im BIOS einen Eintrag Audio/Mic o. ä.?
In den UEFI-Einstellungen finde ich keinen Eintrag zu Audio o der Mic. klasie schrieb: Hast Du schon daran gedacht, einen USB-Cinch-Adapter zu verwenden?
Nein, das habe ich bisher noch nicht. Zusätzliche Hardware ist immer etwas umständlich, weil ich sie dann auch immer dabei haben oder x-mal (für jeden Haupteinsatzort des Laptops) kaufen muss. Eine andere Lösung wäre mir also viel lieber. Aber welche USB-Chin-Apapter kannst Du empfehlen? Nicht, dass es da dann wieder Probleme mit der Hardware gibt? Gruß Lule

Empfehlen kann ich Dir keinen, weil ich selbst noch keinen brauchte. Aber gib z. B. in der Bucht oder bei amazon die Schlagworte "usb cinch Adapter trrs linux" ein, dann werden Dir entsprechende Ergebnisse angezeigt. Du schreibst, Du seist auf Kubuntu 20.04 umgestiegen. Was war vorher drauf? Hat es da gefunzt? Zeig bitte ein Bild vom Alsamixer (Aufruf alsamixer im Terminal > danach rechte Maustaste > alles markieren > kopieren, dann als Rohtext oben in der Auswahlzeile unter <> einfügen).

Ich hatte vorher 18.04 drauf. Aber da habe ich es auch noch nicht hinbekommen und es dann auch aufgegeben, weil es ja nur ein Zweitsystem neben Windoof war. Nun würde ich gerne Kubuntu als Erstsystem nutzen. Dafür brauche ich aber einen voll funktionsfähigen Headsetanschluss. Im Alsamixer gibt es kein "alle markieren" bei mir im Kontextmenü. Auch im Konsolenmenü ist "Alles auswählen" ausgegraut. Ich könnte höchstens ein Screenshot anbieten, weiß aber nicht, ob da dann alles zu sehen ist. Vielleicht gibt es ja mehr Infos im Hintergrund, über die man nur mit der von Dir beschriebenen Methode dran kommt.
