hallo Leute, ich hoffe es ist nicht zu verwirrend geschrieben, falls doch: sorry und fragen Ubuntu Mate 18.04. erkennt normalerweise das LAN-Kabel wenn 20.04 es nicht erkennt. wenn es bei 20.04 funzt, geht 18.04 nicht Ubuntu Mate 20.04. erkannte das LAN-Kabel lange Zeit nicht erkannt, hat später mal automatisch Gerät: enp2s0 eingerichtet. funzt nicht mehr. ich habe jetzt Eternet selbst eingerichtet und hat gefunzt. heute morgen dann hatten beide LAN nicht erkannt im Mom funzt es bei 20.04 Hier die Hardware:

ja WLAN funzt immer, bloß wenn ich WLAN ausschalte, weil ich es fürs Handy brauchte, funzt LAN nicht mehr weil sich der Laptop über WLAN eingeklinkt hat, selbst wenn ich mich abmelde und wieder anmelde oder Neustart mache

Doch es ist verwirrend. Deshalb beschränken wir uns hier im Forum auch immer auf ein Problem pro Thread. Ich schlage vor, in diesem Thread versuchen wir Dir erst einmal zu helfen das LAN für 20.04 zuverlässig zu machen und erst wenn das gelöst ist, diskutieren wir über 18.04 weiter, sofern das dann noch erforderlich sein sollte. Einverstanden?

Hallo, die Ethernetschnittstelle enp2s0 wird nicht mehr initialisiert. Vermutlich ein Hardware- oder Treiberpopblem. Prüfe erneut mittels ...

... ob die Hardware noch erkannt wird. Wenn ja, probierte es mit einem alternativen Treiber (r8168 statt r8169/Installation über WLAN). Siehe dazu hier. Wenn die Hardware nicht mehr erkannt wird, liegt verm. ein Defekt vor.

einmal hat es durch einen Neustart funktioniert aber gestern hatte ich 2x Neustart und es hat nicht funktioniert, klar wenn LAN nicht funktioniert dann prob ich erst 2x Neustart dann schalte ich WLAN ein da GRUB 18.04 als erster anwählt und gestern hatte ich nicht mit den Pfeiltasten 20.04 ausgewählt also startete 18.04 da hat LAN funktioniert bei 20.04 danach nicht mehr
