Hallo zusammen, ich betreibe einen Raspberry Pi 4 Model B mit 8 GB und habe ihn gemäß https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/configuration/wireless/access-point-bridged.md als AP aufegesetzt. Das funktionierte auch wunderbar, solange ich per LAN mit dem Router verbunden war. Nun habe ich einen Wifi USB Adapter installiert (scheint auch zu funktionieren), aber ich kann das Netzwerk nicht wechseln. Bedeutet: nach dem Start wird wlan1 (USB Adapter) automatisch mit dem letzten bekannten Netzwerk verbunden. wlan0 (eingebauter WLAN Chip) läuft als AP. eth0 ist nicht mehr angeschlossen. Also scheinbar alles gut. Wenn ich aber mit einem anderen WLAN Netzwerk verbinden will, was beim Pi normalerweise via über den Try gemacht wird, dann steht dort nur "Wi-Fi country is not set" und ich kann entsprechend kein anderes Netzwerk auswählen.
Setze ich dort das Land, bleibt das Problem bestehen.

Weiß jemand, wo das Problem liegt? Ich finde einfach keine Lösung. Google brachte mich bisher auch nicht weiter, denn ich wüsste nicht, wo ich noch wie den country code einstellen sollte. 1

Zur Information, ich habe hier https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=281578 im Raspberry Forum direkt nachgefragt. Aber aus meiner bisherigen Erfahrungen vermute ich, dass ich dort keine Lösung finden werde und hier sind (gefühlt) viel mehr Menschen unterwegs, die mir helfen könnten ☺ Vielen Dank!

Ich weiß. Aber das Problem bleibt bestehen.
Muss diese Einstellung irgendwie pro WLAN Gerät hinterlegt werden?
Denn das System glaubt nach wie vor, dass das Land nicht eingestellt sei.

Wüsste nicht, wieso es nicht unterstützt werden sollte. Der eingebaute funktionierte, bevor er als AP lief. Der externe wurde erst danach gekauft, aber ich sehe keinen Grund, wieso der das nicht können sollte (TP Link T3U Plus). 1

Gibt es kein besseres WLAN Management Tool als dieses eingebaute, das auf eine Ländervorgabe besteht?

Hallo, es wird mit diesem Treibermodul für den Stick nicht funktionieren (einen anderen gibt es z.Z. nicht), da es nur mit dem veralteten cfg80211-Subsystem und nicht mit dem aktuellen mac80211 und iw zusammenarbeitet und dem System keine entsprechende und akzeptierte Rückmeldung geben kann. Die Einstellung country=DE in der wpasupplicant.conf ist daher auch wirkungslos. Das zeigt dir auch:

Hi,
danke für die Rückmeldung.
Ich habe alles frisch aufgesetzt und jetzt funktioniert das Netzwerk ganz normal mit dem eingebauten Wifi Chip und mit dem 8822bu Stick. Allerdings nur, bis ich den internen Chip auf AP mode setze. Solange beide als STA laufen, funktioniert alles normal. Ich kann auch den 8822bu als AP setzen und weiterhin das Netzwerk normal konfigurieren (leider funktioniert aus irgendeinem Grund der AP dann nicht richtig und ich sehe ihn zwar, kann aber nicht verbinden). Interessant auch, dass DE immer automatisch als Land gesetzt wird, selbst, wenn ich nach frischer Installation alles auf US eingestellt habe. Sobald ich den Treiber für den 8822bu installiert haben wird alles auf DE gesetzt. Treiber stammen bisher von hier http://downloads.fars-robotics.net/wifi-drivers/8822bu-drivers/. Es gäbe noch den mac80211 Treiber hier https://github.com/neojou/rtw88-usb
Meinst du, damit müsste alles normal funktionieren?
