Hallo liebe Ubuntuusers, vielleicht weiß ja jemand von Euch Rat. Habe bereits Suchmaschinen bemüht, Wiki's abgearbeitet (hier, ask Ubuntu,Krenn) bin aber noch nicht fündig geworden.
Habe in meinem Aquado Laptop das Huawei ME909u-521 mPCIe Modul verbaut und eine Telekom SIM. Auf all meinen bisherigen Laptops habe ich es problemlos und meist
out of the box geschafft, das Modem zum Laufen zu kriegen. Hier bin ich aber am verzweifeln, habe sogar schon eine andere, neue SIM Karte OHNE PIN bestellt.
War aber auch sinnlos, es klappt trotzdem nicht. Modem wird einwandfrei erkannt: 1

Auch im Modem Manager GUI ist alles einwandfrei, wenn ich aber versuche eine Internet Verbindung zu öffnen (Browser egal welcher), kommt die Fehlermeldung:
kein Internet. Füge noch 3 Screenshots bei: Modem Manager, Internet und Netzwerk. Kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen? Wie gesagt, hatte bisher noch nie das Problem, egal ob Acer, Asus, HP, Fujitsu, Dell, Tuxedo... nur hier am Aquado komme
ich nicht weiter. Noch ein letzter Hinweis: die original SIM Karte (mit der abgeschalteten PIN Abfrage) funktionierte vorher in 2 anderen Laptops. Jetzt ist
aber die neue (ohne PIN) verbaut. Nachdem was ich raus lese, liegt es aber nicht an der SIM, da im Netzwerk Manager auch IP Adresse angezeigt wird und die
Verbindung hergestellt wurde. Vielen Dank.

Hallo praseodym, habe ich was falsch verstanden...
bei:
modprobe -c | grep -i "12d1.*1573" kommt keine Ausgabe. bei:
dmesg | grep -e cdc -e qmi -e option gibt das Terminal: "Lesen des Kernelpuffers ist fehlgeschlagen: Vorgang nicht zulässig" aus.
