Von Zeit zu Zeit funktioniert der interne WLAN-Adapter auf meinem Laptop nicht mehr. Das Intervall beträgt ein halbes bis ein Jahr. Der interne WLAN-Adapter stammt von Real-Tek Hier der Ausdruck von "lspci" viktor@RitasPC:~$ lspci

viktor@RitasPC:~$ Bisher haben mir die Angaben in 9144694 genügt, um das WLAN mit dem internen WLAN-Adapter zu aktivieren. Aber jetzt funktioniert die Lösung nicht. Hier gebe ich die bisher ausgeführten Befehle wieder, um den interner WLAN-Adapter aktivieren Ich habe den PC neu gebootet mit "Secure Boot" auf disabled. Dennoch kann ich das WLAN nur mit einem externen USB-WLAN-Adapter ansprechen.

Die im Internet kursierenden Lösungsvorschläge zu Installation externer Treiber/Module für den Linux-Kernel neigen zur schnellen Veralterung und sind durchweg abhängig von der Version des verwendeten Linux-Kernels. Versuche mal ob es mit dem Paket aus den offiziellen Quellen besser klappt sudo dkms remove rtl8821ce/v5.5.2_34066.20200325 --all Dann das Paket aus den Quellen installieren sudo apt install rtl8821ce-dkms
Dazu muss aber eine funktionierende Internetverbindung vorhanden sein.

Ich habe gebootet. Die Verbindung zum WLAN mit dem internen WLAN-Adapter rtl8821ce hat funktioniert. Während ich geschrieben habe, ist die Verbindung wieder unterbrochen worden. Ich habe erneut gebootet und das WLAN rechts oben unter Netzwerkeinstellungen ausgeschaltet und wieder eingeschaltet. Jetzt funktioniert die Verbindung. Wenn das so bleibt, dann bin ich zufrieden. Was habe ich gemacht? Ich habe die vorhandenen Treiber > rtl8821ce/v5.5.2_34066.20200325 entfernt und die Treiber aus den offiziellen Quellen >
rtl8821ce-dkms eingefügt und neu gebootet. Die Verbindung zum WLAN ist damit stabiler geworden. Sind meine Ausführungen so korrekt?
