Hallo,
seit heute Mittag bootet mein Computer nicht mehr.
Seit ca. zwei Wochen kommt es vereinzelt vor dass der Computer nicht mehr auf Eingaben reagiert, dann kann ich zwar noch die Maus bewegen, aber Tastenatureingaben und Clicks mit der Maus bleiben ohne Wirkung. Nach einem Neustart funktioniert dann alles wieder.
Heute Mittag lieẞ der Computer Computer sich nicht mehr aktualisieren auf den Befehl:
sudo apt-get update
Antwortete er mir irgendwas mit unable to open und Read-only file system oder etwas Änliches, leider weis ich nicht mehr genau was das war. Durch eine Suche im Netz hatte ich auch nichts raus gefunden, auẞer das ich den Verdacht bekommen hatte, dass das Filesystem beschädgt sein könnte.
Dann versuchtete ich den Computer neu zu starten, seit dem bootet er leider nicht mehr
Auch von anderen alten Kernels bootet er nicht mehr und in die erweiterten Optionen, wie recovery mode kommt er auch nicht mehr rein. Habe dabei verschiedenene Fehlermeldungen bekommen und Abfotografiert, siehe Anhang.

Habe den Computer erst mal mit einem Bootstick gestartet und mache gerade ein Backup.
Für mich sieht, dass so aus als währe das Fileszstem beschädigt, vor allem Dingen, wenn ich mir die Fehler auf den Bildern im Anhang anschaue. Ich weis aber nicht, wie ich weiter vorgehen soll. Hab mir den Artikel durchgelesen und versucht die Festplatte, wie dort beschrieben auf Defekte zu prüfen und keine Probleme erkannt. Für mich scheint es so, als wäre die Festplatte in Ordnung, das waren meine Terminalausgaben:

Du hast 18 Error Entries im Drive Log stehen. Das solltest du dir mal genauer anschauen, dazu installierst du dir GSmartcontrol, führst das aus, klickst deine SSD an und show dingens output oder wie das da heißt. Denn diesen output kannst du hier reinkopieren.

unter dev/sdb ist im moment gar nichts gemounted dev/nvme0n1 ist meine normale Festplatte vom Computer dev/sda ist der Bootstick von dem Momentan gebootet wird und dev/sdc ist eine Backupfestte. Ich hatte verschiedene Dinge ausprobiert um den Computer zu starten und auch zwischendurch einen anderen Stick, welcher möglicher weise defekt ist und von dem ich dachte es waere ein Bootstick drinn, koente der den I/O-Error verursacht haben? Ich suche also bei einem Fehler auf /dev/nvme0n1, da ich wieder normal von dieser SSD-Platte booten möchte.
Was ist mit den anderen Bildern? Da stehen zum Beispiel Dinge, wie:
LZMA data is corrupt

dev/nvme0n1p6: UNEXOEXTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY.
...
fsck exited with status code 4

Failure: File system check of the root fileszstem failed
The root filesystem on /dev/nvme0n1p6 requires manuel fsck

Die Meldungen in deinen letzten beiden Bildschirmfotos sind doch eigentlich eindeutig: The root file system on /dev/nvme0n1p6 requires a manual fsck Livesystem starten, Partition aushängen und Dateisystem prüfen.

Dann bitte ein
sudo update-smart-drivedb
und dann nocheinmal GSmartControl starten. Zeigt GSmartControl im Error Log nichts an? Und die kompletten Daten wären auch schon praktisch. Bisher kam dabei nix Gescheites heraus. Momentan hast du nur diese kryptischen Einträge:

und kommt da hoffentlich was für den Menschen lesbares, sonst müsst ich die Errorcodes auch erstmal in einer Suchmaschine nachschlagen (und das kannst du ja auch genausogut). Joa und wenn das trotzallem nichts ändert, dann lass halt dein fsck mal drüberlaufen.

Habe mich ein wenig mit fsck beschäfftigt, da er mir ja wie auf den Bildern am Anfang zu sehen ist vorgeschlagen hat fsck manuell zu verwenden.
Durch
fsck -y /dev/nvme01p6
(beim Startvorgang in der root-shell)
hab ich das beschädigte Filesystem repariert und konnte neu starten. Danach habe ich
sudo apt-get autoremove && sudo apt-get clean
sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
ausgeführt, er hat apt-get update ohne zu meckern ausgeführt, den Fehler vom Anfang gab es nicht. Gibt es jetzt noch irgendwas, um dass ich mir sorgen machen muss? Sollte ich noch was prüfen bevor ich den Computer weiter verwende?

Naja, zeige nochmal ein
sudo smartctl -a /dev/nvme0n1
und kommt da hoffentlich was für den Menschen lesbares, sonst müsst ich die Errorcodes auch erstmal in einer Suchmaschine nachschlagen (und das kannst du ja auch genausogut).

Hab inzwischen den Computer auch nochmal neu gestartet, ist wieder alles normal, danke für eure Hilfe. marv001 schrieb:

Die beiden Fragen würden mich noch interessieren. Außerdem würde ich auch gerne wissen:
Wie kam es zu dem Anfänglichen Fehler mit dem apt-get update , was genau war da kaputt? Hängt das damit zusammen, dass ich den Computer danach nicht starten konnte?
Kann ich solche Fehler in Zukunft irgendwie vermeiden? Deutet irgendwas jetzt noch auf defekte Hardware hin?

Du kannst Fehler im Dateisystem nicht vermeiden, irgendwann wird dir das wieder unterkommen, dann weißt du nun, was zu tun ist. Deine nvme scheint jedenfalls in Ordnung zu sein.

In Deinem ersten Bild lese ich "Kernel panic". Hierzu schreibt hakel2020 in einem möglicher Weise ähnlichen Fall: Bei Kernel Panic würde ich erst mal den Ram kontrollieren.
