Hallo zusammen, die o.g. Workforce zieht ein Blatt ein (angesteuert durch gscan2pdf, imagescan... egal), zieht dieses aber für den duplexscan nicht wieder ein, sondern meldet papierstau. Blatt ist aber wunderbar ausgeworfen worden, bzw. vielleicht sogar zu weit, so dass es nicht wieder gepackt werden kann. Hat früher wunderbar funktioniert. Steuere die WF über WLAN an.
Ein (unverbundenes?) Problem besteht darin, dass die Druckeinheit kein Schwarz mehr druckt, alle Düsenreinigungen mit Spritze und entsprechendes Lösung waren vergeblich. Würde das Gerät gerne noch als Scanner weiternutzen, dafür brauche ich aber Duplex.
Wenn ich das Gerät über den Touchscreen bediene, klappt der ADF wie gewünscht. Muss also Softwareproblem seitens meines Rechners sein.
