Vor 10 Jahren war das Modul rtl8192cu fehlerhaft, es wäre dann für die Allgemeinheit schon gut zu wissen, ob das immer noch so ist.

Nur den Namen des Kernelmoduls in /etc/modules eintragen, im Fall von brcmsmac einfach nur:

brcmsmac

Pro Zeile ein Modulname, wenn es mehrere sind. Lm sensors trägt in /etc/modules zum Beispiel auch die Module für die Temperaturüberwachung der Hardware ein.

So, das mit der Broadcom ist wie es aussieht gelöst. Hab den Fehler entdeckt. Das besagte Module war geblacklist.

sudo rm /etc/modprobe.d/broadcom-sta-dkms.conf

Deshalb ist es nicht automatisch geladen worden. https://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/WLAN/Karten/Broadcom/ Der Proprietäre Treiber unter Zusätzliche Treiber ist nun auch wieder entfernt. Obwohl dieser vorher auch nicht vorhanden war. Vielleicht ein Überbleibsel aus der Vergangenheit.

Ich poste nochmal die neuen Ausgaben der Befehle, da jetzt nur noch der AX1800 dran steckt und nicht mehr der genannte kleine Edimax Stick.

Wenn es um einen Edimax AX1800 geht, dann steckt man beliebige andere WLAN-Sticks an und zeigt dann diese Ausgabe, verwirrender kann man es nicht machen ... 😈

Deshalb der Hinweis am Anfang das dieser steckt. Kenne das genaue Modell von dem nicht. Deshalb die Umschreibung. Darüber ging das Internet, da zu dem Zeitpunkt die Broadcom ja noch nicht ging.

OK, ohne Secure Boot scheint der AX1800 nun zu funktionieren. Teste das mal weiter. Wieso er trotz Signatur nicht akzeptiert wird. 🙄 Vielleicht ist im die automatische Signierung von dem Install Script nicht genehm genug.

Vielleicht hat noch einer ne Idee dazu, sonst muss es leider ohne Secure Boot gehen.

Weiß ja nicht was fehlerhaft war. Aber der kleine Edimax funktionierte. Würde also sagen, das es nicht mehr fehlerhaft ist.
