Guten Tag,
ich habe einen Hardware Servver mit Ubuntu. Der Läuft schon seit 10.04 mit Ubuntu und wurde bisher immer Inplace aktualisiert, da der in einem Rechenzentrum gehostet ist und man da nicht so leicht dran kommt. Vorher lege ich immer snapshots der Volumes an, da alles auf LVM installiert ist. Jetzt würde ich gerne mal von 16.04 auf mindestens 18.04 gehen. Leider findet der Updater keine neue Version. Ich bin etwas verzweifelt, da ich nicht wirklich weiß wie ich das debuggen kann.

Hat Jemand eine Idee wieso der do-release-upgrade sich so sicher ist, dass da nichts neueres wäre? Ein normales update via apt funktioniert problemlos.
