Vbox 5.1.8 geht auch nicht.
Vorher hatte ich 5.0.24.
Folgendes:
Unter VBox, bei der Maschine, System → Prozessor
"PAE/NX aktivieren" Haken rein und mit F6
"... forcepae – forcepae"
Booten geht.
Aber wenn der Haken bei "PAE/NX aktivieren" raus ist bekomme ich beim Booten den PAE-Fehler.
Selbst Linux Mint 18 hat bei F6 die Option
Start with PAE forced
Aber dann kommt auch:
This kernel requires the following features not present on the CPU:
pae
Unable to boot - please use a kernel appropriate for your CPU
Das kannte ich ja nun schon von lubuntu ...
Wie gesagt, Debian 8(.6) lief bei der Installation out of the box.
Musste halt nach der Installation den 686-pae-Kernel und die Headers purgen.
Woran kann das jetzt noch liegen?
