Hallo, ich hab vor einigen Tagen nochmal ubuntu installiert und bei seither nur am lesen und einstellen, ich hab das DNS problem im wiki durch hab das firefox tuning durch und bin auch heute auf swiftfox umgestiegen, leider bleibt das internet ARSCH langsam ☹
ich besitze ein Medion MD40700 notebook und verfüge leider nur über einen DSL light zugang, trotzdem ist das Internet auf meinem Rechner ( WinXP ) wesentlich schneller ☹
wichtig wäre noch, das ich via Wlan ins internet gehe, dabei gibt es auch noch folgende Probleme worauf ich keine Lösung finde ☹
- Wlan startet nicht automatisch muss immer vorher mit "iwlist eth1 scan nach offenen netzen suchen und dann connectet er sofort
- Wlan startet immer nur mit 11MBit ☹

Tut mir leid, dass ich so spät dran bin. Aber in der GNOME Rubrik bist du damit definitiv falsch. Ich schiebe es zu den Netzwerkern, da du dort wahrscheinlich bessere Hilfe erhälst.
