Problembeschreibung: Ich habe meinen Laptop über eine Dockingstation mit einem externen Monitor verbunden. Der wird erkannt und funtkioniert technisch. Wenn ich ein Fenster auf den externen Monitor "schiebe", flackert dieser (kurz dunkel, dann wieder normal), wenn ich darin klicke und/oder schreibe flackert er ebenfalls. Passiert sowohl bei Verketten der Monitore (mein gewünschter Zustand), als auch wenn ich die Monitore spiegle. Auflösung auf dem externen Monitor ist außerdem zu groß. Hin und wieder wird er auch komplett schwarz und sagt mir dann dass das "aktuelle Eingangstiming wird von der Monitoranzeige nicht unterstützt“ - wenn ich das Timing für den Monitor in den Einstellungen geändert habe, hat sich aber auch nix verändert.

Wer kann mir dann bei einer möglichen Lösung behilflich sein? Freue mich über alle Antworten. Danke vorab und schöne Rest-Feiertage. ☺

Installiere Inxi 

sudo apt install inxi

und dann zeige uns, hier im Forum als Codeblock formatiert, die vollständige Ein- und Ausgabe dieses Befehls: 

inxi -Fz

(Benutze Kopieren Strg + C und Einfügen Strg + V . Im Terminal braucht es zusätzlich die ⇧ -Taste.)

Und auch hier: Teste ein aktuelles Livesystem!

Habe mit Ubuntu 24.04 live gebootet. Ergebnis: weiterhin flackernder Bildschirm (aber schon etwas besser). Wenn ich das Fenster dann hin- und herschiebe, verzerrt das und im Hintergrund hab ich das Fenster quasi noch x-fach mehr.

Wenn ich die Bildschirme dann verkette und entsprechend skaliere, flackert mein externer Monitor aber wie gehabt - da gabs also gar keine Besserung.
