Hallo allerseits,
nach Neuinstallation von Ubuntu auf meinem Laptop (Dell XPS 13 9350) wird der externe Monitor nur sporadisch erkannt. Der Monitor ist über eine Docking Station (Dell DA200) per USB-C Port angeschlossen. Die Docking Station verfügt über HDMI, VGA, Ethernet und USB Ports. Ethernet und USB funktionieren, VGA jedoch nicht. HDMI habe ich nicht ausprobiert in Ermangelung eines HDMI-Kabels.

Die Dateien /var/log/Xorg.0.log bzw. ~/.local/share/xorg/Xorg.0.log und /etc/X11/xorg.conf existieren bei mir nicht. Was muss ich tun, um den Monitor ans Laufen zu kriegen?
