Möchte meine externe Festplatte nach 3 Minuten in Standby schicken. Sie ist ausschließlich für Backups bestimmt, die zweimal täglich stattfinden. Leider kann ich das weder durch gnome-disks
(Menü > Laufwerkseinstellungen), noch mittels hdparm
machen, sondern nur mit smartctl -s standby
. Obwohl dieser Befehl die bevorzugten 3 Minuten annimmt, geht die Festplatte erst in 10 Minuten in Standby (vermutlich wegen dem "vendor-specific minimum"):

Sollte es keine andere Lösung geben, kann ich mit den 10 Minuten leben. sudo smartctl -s standby,now /dev/sdX
funktioniert hingegen sofort.
Wie würdet ihr den Befehl sudo smartctl -s standby,36 /dev/sdX
automatisch beim Systemstart ausführen lassen?
