Ich habe eine G Force GTX 1050ti (Palit - ohne eigene Stromversorgung) gegen eine G Force GTX 650ti Boost (mit eigener Stromversorgung) getauscht.

Auch nach langen Telefonaten mit As Rock kommen wir nicht dahinter weshalb die 1050ti im ersten PCI Express Slot (blau) nicht läuft. Sie läuft zwar aber es kommt kein Bild, die Anzeige lautet 2A.

Im zweiten blauen PCI Express Slot läuft die Karte, dieser Slot ist nur für x8 lanes ausgelegt, der Mann von As Rock sagte das macht nichts da sie nur x8 kann, bzw. dafür ausgelegt ist (die 1050ti) Trotzdem rätseln wir warum die Karte nicht im ersten Slot läuft.

Die 650ti läuft im 1. PCI Express, dort sollte auch die 1050 laufen (ist x16 ausgelegt,)

Mit welchem Tool kann ich in Ubuntu testen ob die Karte, die jetzt ersten Slot steckt (derzeit die 650ti) mit wievielen lanes die Karte läuft??

In windows hab ich die 1050 ti bereits angemeldet. In Linux auch, hab bei der 650ti gerade ein Riesenbild - will testen ob die lanes richtig sind. GPU Z zeigt in windows nur die On Board Grafikkarte an obwohl CPU Z die 650ti erkennt.

Der Mann von As Rock ist auch überfragt, vermutet aber das die CPU oder der Slot beim Ausbau was abbekommen hat. das gleub ich weniger. Die 1050 flutschte in win und Ubuntu topp

Das ist wie verhext. Ich habe jetzt die GTX 650ti im zweiten Slot und die 1060ti im ersten.

Zum ersten mal funktioniert die 1050tim ersten Slot, nachdem ich beide Karten verbaut hab.

Perhaps the GTX 1050 Ti has a problem which shows only when using PCIe lanes 9-16.

When using the card in PCIE1 and nothing installed in PCIE2, the card will try to use all 16 lanes.

When using the card in PCIE2, the card will use only lanes 1-8.

 

You could test with GTX 1050 Ti in PCIE1 and GTX 650 (or another PCIe card) in PCIE2. That way, the GTX 1050 Ti will use only lanes 1-8 in PCIE1. If that works, then you can assume that the GXT 1050 Ti is faulty. Not sure how well your 500W PSU will cope with powering 2 graphics cards at once....

Jetzt geht nix mehr, hab die Schrabe an der Graka nich reingemacht, HDMI anschliessen wollen, während des Betriebs ist die Kare wohl aus dem Sockel..

Karte ist ok.

Board fährt bis 84 ( Bios Screen) dauert 10 min. bis er hochfährt.

Compressed system corrupted....

Was immer das heissen soll

Windows erkennt die Grafikarte gar nicgt.

geht alles wieder.

Hab beim Grafikkartenexperimentieren wohl den Ramriegel etwas leicht gelöst....

Das war der ganze Zauber... Erstmal finden unter windoof wo die Treiber aktiviert werden, Gerätemanager zeigte gar keine Grafikkartengeräte mehr... Unter Display werden die Treiber geladen....
