hallo sehe ich das richtig, das ubuntu 10.04 bei einer installation automatisch ein c compiler an bord hat, aber keinen c++? das heisst man könnte out of the box in der shell normale c programme entwickeln???

Ja. Der C-Compiler wird benötigt, um bei Kernel-Updates einige proprietäre Treiber zu kompilieren, z.B. nVidia-Grafiktreiber. |
