Echt klasse das Skript. Wenn mir jetzt noch jemand sagt wie man mehrere Tonspuren aus einer DVD rippen kann, bin ich vollends glücklich.

Ich glaub das liegt am mencoder, der ist da noch nicht soweit. Lasse mich aber gern eines besseren belehren! Alternativ könntest du aber mit h264enc den Film mit einer Tonspur rippen und als avi ausgeben lassen, incl. Untertitel und Kapitelzusammenstellung, danach holst die andere Tonspur raus, encodierst sie und dann mergest (?komisches Wort?) das alles in nen Matroska-Container. Wollte ich vor kurzem mal probieren, aber bei h264enc brach die Encodierung am Anfang des zweiten Durchlaufs wegen nem Speicherzugriffsfehler ab. Da war ich sauer und hatte keinen Bock mehr 😉

This is not possible at the moment, h264enc supports only one audio track at a time.
I don't think I'll add support for multiple audio tracks as this is not possible with the current code base.

Deine Idee kann ja trotzdem funktionieren. Ich probier mal aus, mit MP4Box ein mit h264enc erstelltes avi und eine Tonspur "zusammen zu schweißen".

Nachtrag: Funktioniert! ☺

Ich mach es jetzt immer folgendermaßen:
- Zuerst die DVD auf Platte ziehn mit dvdbackup
- Danach den Film konvertieren mit h264enc -2p -p uhq (ihq führt bei mir immer zu nem Speicherzugriffsfehler) oder halt entsprechende Profile für Schwarz-Weiß-Filme oder animierte. Die Kapiteldatei exportieren und auch nen Untertitel mitnehmen (wichtig!: in separate Datei speichern) für die, die mit dem Englischen nicht so zurecht kommen 😉
- Mit

Beispiel (vorhin erst verwendet):
mplayer "dvd://4" -dvd-device /media/disk/Filme/DVDs/THE_PASSION_OF_THE_CHRIST -aid 128 -ao pcm:fast -vo null -vc null

($Titel, $Pfad und $aid halt anpassen, die Ausgaben dafür findet man im Verlauf der Konvertierung mit h264enc) die Audio-Spuren in ne pcm-Wave-Datei exportieren. Diese mach ich dann schön laut mit dem Konsolen-Tool normalize

normalize -a 0dBFS -v audiodump.wav

und konvertier sie anschließend mit neroaacenc zu aac-Dateien.
- Danach schmeiß ich die GUI für mkvmerge an (im Terminal mit dem Befehl mmg) und schmeiß die ganzen Dateien zusammen in nen schönen mkv-Container

Ist zwar bissl aufwändig, aber klappt perfekt ☺ Und die Qualität ist schlichtweg genial!
