Hallo allen,
mit der Betreffzeile habe ich versucht den gegenwärtigen Zustand kurz und prägnant dar zu stellen. Eine kurze Beschreibung soll erläutern, weshalb ich hier mal frage, ob jemand helfen kann. Ich selbst komme leider nicht mehr weiter.
Begonnen hat das Dilemma mit dem häufigeren Verlust der Internetverbindung, bis hin zu erheblichen Bootproblemen, die zunächst nach dem Austausch eines Arbeitsspeichermoduls behoben schienen. Dann folgte ein wohl misslungenes Upgrade unter Windows (auf 1607), mit ständigen Bluescreens unterschiedlichster Art (soll hier auch keine Weiter Bedeutung haben).
Mein ansonsten stabiles Ubuntu (sieht man von dem nachbesserungsbedürftigen Realtektreiber mal ab), bootete zuletzt aber nur noch in einen "Emergency-Modus" aus dem ich kein Fortkommen fand (außer reboot). Mit dem angebotenen Journal konnte ich leider nicht viel anfangen. Alle Bemühungen wie booten im abgesicherten Modus, Reparatur des Dateisystems und der Paketverwaltung waren erfolglos. Die Festplatte sda ist laut Gnome-Laufwerksverwaltung nicht defekt. Mein Eindruck ist, dass sich Ubuntu und Windows irgendwie gegenseitig stören. Mal ist das eine System korrupt, mal das andere. Es kann auch sein, dass es einen Defekt gibt, der sich in beiden Systemen auswirkt, aber ich find ihn nicht.
Nun habe ich - warum auch immer - plötzlich wieder einen erfolgreichen Bootvorgang, als sei seit einer Woche nichts gewesen. Ich nutze deshalb die Gelegenheit, das Ergebnis meiner Abfragen hier zu posten, in der Hoffnung es gibt doch noch einen Ansatz den PC zu retten.
