das hat geklappt mit
mogrify -format jpg -resize 50% *.jpg
Aber ein Haken ist dabei. Die Originaldatei wird überschieben und ich würde gerne die neuen Dateien in einen anderen Ordner haben. Ich habe bei Imagemagick keinen Hinweis dafür gefunden.
Bei exactimage funktioniert der Script
for FILE in ls ~/Bilder1/*.jpg; do econvert -i "$FILE" --scale 0.5 -o "~/Bilder2/${FILE/.jpg/_klein.jpg}";
gar nicht. Einerseits werden Ordnernamen mit Leerzeichen nicht verstanden und wenn kein Leerzeichen vorhanden ist schließt das Programm ohne Fehlermeldung und ohne dass etwas passierte:
rudolf@rudolf-desktop:~$ for FILE in `ls /Bilder/Brotbacken/*.jpg`; do econvert -i "$FILE" --scale 0.5 -o "/Bilder/Brotbacken/${FILE/.jpg/_klein.png}"; done
