Wie ich erwartet habe, findet sich die Boot-Partition unter /dev/nvme0n1p1
Dann habe ich versucht, mir das Dateisystem zusammenzubasteln aus der root- und der Boot-Partition. Das sieht mir am Ende nach einem komplett installierten System aus:

Ich habe auch eine GRUB-Reparatur versucht (keine Ahnung, wohin das wirklich muss und ob da der richtige Ansatz dabei ist... bin bereits mit der Umsetzung auf NVM etwas überfordert), erfolglos:

Ich vermute mal, irgendwas ist mit dem MBR schiefgelaufen bei der Installation und auch bei mir. Ich bekomme aber das Brett vorm Kopf nicht weg.
Wenn ich beim Booten von Installationsmedium Starten von der 1. Festplatte auswähle und als Startparameter
--set=root c65581f1-4046-4141-a4ed-2d9c3716b094
eingebe, komme ich auch wieder nur zu

und je nachdem was Du da herausfindest hast Du vielleicht schon die Lösung oder kannst, indem Du hier diese Infos angibst (per cut+paste eingeschlossen in {{{ .... }}} ) bestimmt Hilfe bekommen.
Dafür wäre ich sehr dankbar. Gerne auch nur einen Link auf die richtige Anleitung, die ich schlicht bisher nicht gefunden habe.
