Ich habe gerade eben nochmal die Geschwindigkeit der Festplatte geprüft.
Und siehe da...:

Timing buffered disk reads: 118 MB in 3.05 seconds = 38.68 MB/sec
Gestern ist das schon einmal passiert und ich habe gedacht das problem hätte sich von selbst gelöst. Ich habe aber aus vorsicht einmal den modus gecheckt und neugestartet. Nachdem Neustart trat wieder das Problem auf.
Ich werde mal hdparm -d 1 /dev/hda ausprobieren und mal das Festplattenkabel auswechseln. Vielleicht hat es eine Bruchstelle.....

Ich habe mal den benchmark mehrmals hintereinander laufen lassen. Das ist rausgekommen:
