Ok habe es gelöst.
Über RFkill konnte ich folgendes feststellen
joerg@joerg-ThinkPad-T430:~$ rfkill list
0: tpacpi_bluetooth_sw: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
1: tpacpi_wwan_sw: Wireless WAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
2: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
6: hci0: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: yes
Hard blocked: no
Das modul hci0 ist also softblocked.
Das mit konnte ich mit
joerg@joerg-ThinkPad-T430:~$ sudo rfkill unblock bluetooth
joerg@joerg-ThinkPad-T430:~$ sudo hciconfig hci0 reset
lösen und das Ergebniss ist somit
joerg@joerg-ThinkPad-T430:~$ hciconfig dev
hci0: Type: BR/EDR Bus: USB
BD Address: 44:6D:57:C2:9D:05 ACL MTU: 1021:8 SCO MTU: 64:1
UP RUNNING PSCAN
RX bytes:1325 acl:0 sco:0 events:83 errors:0
TX bytes:1446 acl:0 sco:0 commands:77 errors:0
Alles funktioniert wieder so wie gewohnt. Auch wenn die Lösung selbst erarbeitet wurde möchte ich das hier einpflegen damit vielleicht jemand nicht so lange suchen muß wie Ich ☺
