Ich bin nun nach einiger Zeit sparen stolzer Besitzer eines neuen PCs. Irgendwie habe ich hier bei der Installation bzw. bei der Konfiguration von Ubuntu aber irgendwie schwierigkeiten. Allgemein scheint mir das System LANGSAMER zu sein - was ich aber noch tragischer finde ist, dass sobald ich Desktop-Effekte anschalte oder in eine 3D Anwendung bzw ein Spiel gehe der Bildschirm flackert. Beim Fensterbetrieb übrigens nur innerhalb des Fensters...

Was braucht ihr noch für Daten um mir helfen zu können? ... *grummel* ... Beim scrollen merke ich gerade, dass es auch beim Scrollen auf Webseite (habe weiches Scrollen in den Einstellungen verwendet) zum "Blinken" kommt.

Hallo, zeig uns mal die ausgabe von top geh nach Anwendungen > Zubehör > Terminal gib dort Top ein und poste die ausgabe hier ins forum.

gib mal lspci ein und poste ebenfalls die ausgabe.

hast du denn schon den Grafikkartentreiber installiert?

System ist auf dem neusten (nicht Beta^^) Stand und Proprietäre Treiber werden verwendet... auch wenn mich wundert, dass sich im Tray neben der Uhr noch immer das Symbol "Neue eingeschränkte Treiber werden verwendet" befindet. normalerweise verschwindet das recht schnell.

deaktivier mal den propriäten treiber von Nvidia und installier mal die treiber mittels dem Envy scripts

werde das mal ausprobieren ☺ - bin grad nur noch beim DistUpgrade auf Jaunty Jackalope^^. Wenn ich schon das ganze WE mal Zeit hab, weil die Freundin wech ist, dann kann ich mir wenigstens auch so RICHTIG das system zerschießen^^. Das flackern wird übrigens stärker je größer ich zum beispiel ein videofenster mache - an sowas simplen wie zuwenig Watt im Netzteil kann es nicht liegen oder?

flash und java habe ich auf diversen wegen installiert. java funzt auch einwandfrei, aber bei flash (egal welche version ist nutze - proprietär oder nicht) sagen mir flashbasierte Seiten trotzdem die ganze Zeit, dass ich keines installiert habe -.-

Naja sobald das dist-upgrade hinter mir liegt und ich oben genanntes ausprobiert habe, melde ich mich nochmal.

Wieso machst Du jetzt ein Upgrade auf eine Entwicklerversion?

Neugierde^^ bin davon aber auch schnell wieder abgekommen - habe nun irgendwie ein anderes Problem - da ich nicht weiß, ob es hiermit zusammen hängt, mache ich dafür einen neuen Beitrag auf.
