Drucker ausgeschaltet, Laptop ausgeschaltet, beides wieder eingeschaltet, Scanfunktion hat einmal funktioniert, beim 2. Treiber deinstalliert, Neustart, Treiber installiert Scantest: 1. Versuch positiv, 2. Versuch mit Fehlermeldung Laptop ausgeschaltet, eingeschaltet (hätte ich wohl nach der Installation machen sollen) Scantest: 4 Versuche, alle positiv, als Laie würde ich sagen, "passt" Lieber Stephan, für deine intensive Unterstützung möchte ich mich ganz herzlich bedanken, ohne dies wäre ich sicherlich nicht zum Ziel gekommen. Was habe ich falsch gemacht bzw. was war falsch im System? Hätte man sich die Arbeit gespart, wenn ich direkt eine Deinstallation/Neuinstallation als Nutzer gemacht hätte? (man will ja etwas positives aus der Aktion mitnehmen) Einen schönen Gruß aus dem Rheinland in den Norden der Republik Alles Gute und pflegt deine Gesundheit Rolf |
