JA - ich bin mir sicher, denn auch hier im Heimnetz hängt der Scanner/Drucker NUR im LAN - und funktioniert (wird von sane gefunden) und JA - auch der andere Drucker/Scanner hängt NUR im LAN ... und hat dort funktioniert Nur: sane findet den VPN-Drucker/Scanner nicht .... Und da ich mich mit sane NULL auskenne - nicht weiß, wie sane den Scanner im Netzwerk findet - habe ich diesen Thread gestartet... Dass mir Kellerkind_2009 geholfen hat, meine Verschlimmbesserungen wieder zu reparieren, war eher ein (für mich wichtiger) Nebenkriegsschauplatz Vielen Dank, dass du dich mit diesem meinen Thema auseinander setzt... Mal ein Schuss ins Blaue.Bitte deine Mutter mal den HP einzuschalten,starte VPN und dann xsane hpaio:/net/AW6-Laserjet?ip=192.168.3.26 ansonsten probieren wir es noch über saned.

es kommt die Fehlermeldung "Fehler beim Öffnen des Geräts 'hpaio:/net/AW6-Laserjet?ip=192.168.3.26': Operation nicht unterstützt"
ansonsten probieren wir es noch über saned.
gerade eben bin ich (beim Warten) über die Seite zu "Airscan" gestolpert. Dort ist der "HP LaserJet Pro M28w" aufgeführt der sich sehr ähnlich zu meinem "HP LaserJet Pro M28x n" anfühlt. Vielleicht ist DAS der Weg ...

Lieber Kellerkind_2009 und lieber kB, ich danke euch von tiefstem Herzen und bewundere euere Bereitschaft hier solchen Laien, wie mir zu helfen!
Das finde ich toll und würde es gerne weitergeben, wenn ich mal in diese Situation käme... Inzwischen - während der Wartezeiten habe ich nun eine alternative Lösung gefunden ... DENN - der Drucker bietet die Möglichkeit "Scan to Email" an - die habe ich nun eingerichtet und sie funktioniert. Jetzt lasse ich meine Mutter die wichtigen Seiten Scannen und an meine Email senden. Ich habe es gerade getestet und es funktioniert. Trotzdem würde es mich interessieren, warum das Gerät problemlos über die IP erreichbar ist, aber nicht für sane sichtbar.... Ich wünsche euch ein schönes Wochenende und ziehe meinen Hut

Ich Helfe im Rahmen meiner Möglichkeiten gerne (denke kB auch) ☺ Zeige mal bitte hp-doctor und passe nochmal Saned an mit sudo nano /etc/sane.d/saned.conf dort dann folgende IP eintragen 192.168.3.26 den Dienst starten mit sudo systemctl start saned.socket und noch mal Testen,sowie sudo netstat -tulpen -a | egrep 6566 zeigen.

Öffne mal auf der entfernten Fritzbox mit dem Netz 192.168.3/24 den Port 6566/tcp und leite dort diesen Port auf die IP des HP-Gerätes weiter.

Die "Fritzbox 7490" will jetzt diverse Angaben haben, die ich nicht verstehe: a) Gerätefreigabe:
- IPv6-Einstellungen:
- - PING6 freigeben.
- - Firewall für delegierte IPv6-Präfixe dieses Gerätes öffnen.
- - Dieses Gerät komplett für den Internetzugriff über IPv6 freigeben (Exposed Host). b) PortFreigabe:
- Anwendung: (FTP-Server / HTTP-Server / HTTPS-Server / eMule / MS-Remotedesctop /Andere Anwendung)
- Freigabe aktivieren: (Internetzugriff ?, IPv4 und IPv6 / IPv4 / IPv6 ) WAS soll ich nun einstellen/eingeben?

In der Fritzbox: Internet / Freigaben / Portfreigaben → „Gerät für Freigaben hinzufügen“ klicken. Unter Gerät das HP-Multifunktionsgerät auswählen. Ganz unten „Neue Freigabe“ klicken. Portfreigabe wählen. Anwendung: Andere Anwendung Bezeichnung: SANE Protokoll: TCP Port: 6566 (von, bis und extern)
„Freigabe aktivieren“ aktivieren. „Internetzugriff über IPv4“ auswählen.
Speichern mit OK. Und noch einmal Speichern mit OK. Alles andere in Ruhe lassen.
