Hallo liebe Leute,
ich habe seit einiger Zeit Ubuntu 21.04 auf meinem Dell Latitude 7490 laufen, jedoch passiert es seit 2 Monaten häufiger, dass die gesammte Sitzung einfriert. Dann hilft nur mehr beenden mittels Powerknopf, da ich auch nicht mehr zu tty1 umschalten konnte.
Einen Hardwarecheck von Dell beim Startup habe ich ausgeführt und laut dem ist alles in Ordnung. Ich habe auch alle updates ausgeführt, es gibt keine Reports in /var/crash und auch in /var/log habe ich nichts gefunden. Ich habe jedoch aus /var/log das dmesg.0 der eingefrorenen Session.
Hätte hier jemand eine Idee was das sein könnte? So ist es einfach unmöglich mit dem Gerät zu arbeiten, da dieses Einfrieren nach 5 Sekunden aber auch erst nach 10 Stunden auftreten kann und dann auch Tage lange nicht.
Bin für jeden Hinweis sehr Dankbar.
