Hallo liebe uu-Menschen
ich arbeite als Freiwilliger in einem Kinderheim mit mehreren Wohngruppe und Tagesbetreuungsstätten. Wir haben von der Organisation Labdoo einige Rechner, die mit Ubuntu Mate betrieben werden, zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Leider sind einige davon ohne Wlan-adapter und werden an Orten benötigt, wo eine kabelbasierte Lösung jeglicher Art leider keine Option darstellt. Leider bin ich kompletter Neuling im Ubuntu- und generellem Linux-Umgang.
Zu meiner Frage: Die Haustechnik hat mir einige Wlan-Sticks vom Typ Fritz! AC430 mu-mimo zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider bin ich nicht in der Lage, diese in Betrieb zu nehmen. Der Stick wird kurzzeitig als Dvd-Laufwerk erkannt, verweigert aber jegliche Interaktion.
In diesem Thread https://forum.ubuntuusers.de/topic/fehler-bei-verwendung-von-avm-fritz-wlan-ac430/4/ wird ein ähnliches Problem beschrieben, insbesondere der letzte Beitrag macht mir allerdings Hoffnung, dass die Sticks zumindest theoretisch durchaus zur Mitarbeit zu bewegen sind.
Ich hau euch mal
