Hallo Forum!
Habe vor 2 Wochen ganz frisch meinen neuen Rechner aufgesetzt, mit Ubuntu 20.04.2 in der abgespeckten Version, also keine Spiele etc. mitinstalliert. Jetzt installiere ich einige kleine Programme, wie den ssh-Server.
Es zeigt sich ein Problem das sicher schon oft diskutiert wurde:

Auch bei der Installation anderer gewöhnlicher Programme zeigen sich die Probleme. Ich habe nur ansatzweise eine Ahnung womit das zutun hat. Ich habe durchaus https://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/Paketverwaltung/ und https://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/Paketverwaltung/Problembehebung/ gelesen und auch im Forum gestöbert, komme aber nicht weiter.
Hier ein paar Angaben zum System:
