Was zeigt losetup an?

Ubuntu macht da lustige Dinge mit Snap.

Dann sind eben mindestens 15 snaps in jeweils 3 Versionen installiert.

Why are all snaps being mounted and listed as block devices or partitions for Ubuntu (...)?

Ich würde mich an Deiner Stelle eher fragen, wieso da noch immer 20.04 läuft.

Ich weiß nicht, wo die herkommen und ob das normal ist? Kann mir jemand dafür eine Erklärung geben?

In deinem Fall von den snaps die du installiert hast und ja, dann ist das normal.

Technisch gesehen sind snaps ein squashfs Dateisystem, was halt über ein Loop-Device ins System eigebunden wird.

Per se ist ein Loop-Device auch überhaupt nichts schlimmes, das ist halt er Weg, Image- und imageähnliche Dateien ins System einzuhängen. Und der Linux Kernel kann auch mit 45 Loop Devices umgehen.
