Ich stehe vor einem Dilemma. Wie es aussieht muss ich die EFI-Partition auf dem Notebook meiner Schwester neu formatieren.

Mit der bisherigen gelingt keine Neuinstallation von Windows 11. Eine Neuinstallation legt zwar einige Einträge in der vorhandenen EFI an. Nach dem ersten reboot dieses gammeligen OS lande ich aber dennoch immer in einer Dauerschleife und Windows bootet einfach nicht. Da der EFI-Aeintrag für Ubuntu dort weiterhin vorhanden ist, kann ich auf dem Dual-Boot-System die EFI ansehen.

Wie kann ich nun den Ubuntu-Eintrag für die EFI neu erstellen, wenn ich da einfach mal alles neu formatiere?

Ist zwar kein Problem von Ubuntu, d.h. hast du schon mal versucht das W11 über den Bootmenue des EFI vom Rechner oder über EFI (Firmware) des Rechners zu starten.

PS: Du weist aber schon das eine Neuinstallation von W11 mit Bitlocker Verschlüsselung gemacht wird.

Ich danke dir schwarzheit, dass es so einfach sein würde, war mir nicht klar, denn ich dachte, wenn der Eintrag für Ubuntu in /boot/efi/EFI/ weg ist, kann auch nicht mehr per UEFI Bootmenue gestartet werden.

@Lidux, ich weiß schon, das eine Neuinstallation von W11 normalerweise mit Bitlocker Verschlüsselung gemacht wird. Da ich den Bitlocker Zwang im mit Rufus erstellten Stick aber entfernt habe, ist das in diesem Fall nicht so.

wenn es hier um die gleiche Instalation wie in dem nachfolgend genannten Link 9501031 geht, dann hast du die eine falsche Ubuntu-Version eingetragen.

Warum willst du eine neu formatierte Partition wiederherstellen? Ist die neu denn gleich defekt oder meinst du es etwas anderes?
