Ich bekomme das Programm XDCC-Fetch einfach nicht zum laufen.

Beim aufruf:
./XDCC-Fetch.rbw
bekomme ich immer folgende Fehlermeldung:

ich hab das selbe problem! ich habs mit
$ruby1.8 XDCC-Fetch.rbw versucht, aber da habe ich auch nen fehler bekommen das er irgendwas nicht laden kann...wenn man das zurückverfolgt landet man in der /scr/gui/main_window und in der entsprechenden zeile sucht das script nach FOX ...wie ich sehe sucht er bei dir auch vox.... naja ich hab schon aölles versucht ein passndes fox zu installieren... aber habs noch nichts erreicht ☹
ich wäre auch dankbar über hilfe

Das hat irgendwas mit Ruby zu tun! Bei mir geht es auch nicht! Ich habe schon Ruby installiert, aber es hat keine Wirkung gezeigt! Was ist gem? Auf der XDCC-Fetch Seite heisst es:

The XDCC-Fetch releases are also available as Ruby Gems. You can install it via this command:

gem install xdcc-fetch

After installation you can start XDCC-Fetch by executing XDCC-Fetch.rbw.

Ich würde auch sehr gerne dieses Programm nutzen!

Ich bin an der Sache dran, hab auch so meine Prob... unter http://xdccfetch.sourceforge.net/ ist zu lesen:

If you have any other OS, ensure that Ruby and FXRuby are installed. You need at least Ruby 1.8, and either FXRuby 1.0 and FXRuby 1.2 should work (although 1.2 is recommended).

Bei der installation von FXRuby hänge ich nun fest melde mich aber wenn das erledigt ist 😉

bin damals nicht weiter gekommen und habe mangels Zeit es dann auch nicht länger probiert... soweit ich mich erinnern kann war das Hauptproblem das mein System auf 64 bit läuft...
