Vielen Dank für den Hinweis!!! Im Suport Forum habe ich einen Beitrag über den Stick gefunden und den richtigen Zahlenblock dort entnommen.
Dieser Befehl hat den Stick erfolgreich umgeschaltet:
sudo usb_modeswitch -v 2fd4 -p 9aff -M '55534243a069008d8000000080000606f50402527100000000000000000000'
Diesmal ist die Ausgabe:

Nun taucht auch im Netzwerkmanager die mobile Breitbandverbindung auf und ich kann sie konfigurieren.
