Loopback wird beim booten nicht gestartet

Hallo, ich kämpfe mit dem lo Interface. Es wird anscheinend beim booten nicht hochgefahren. Manuell, mit ifconfig lo up, klappt es einwandfrei. Es ist die Meldung "lo disabled privacy extensions" im log aufgefallen.
Nach dem Booten meldet ifconfig:
