Hallo community. Nach einigen Stunden verzweifelten googlens und nach ausprobieren divereser tutorials habe ich mich nun hier angemeldet, da ich mein wlan einfach nicht zum laufen bringe.

Bin kompletter Neuling in Sachen Ubuntu.

"rfkill unblock all" bewirkte, dass meine Kontrollleuchte leuchtet aber jedoch zeigt der Network Manager mir entweder wireless is disabled (auch wenn es dort aktiviert ist) oder device not ready an.

Habe dualboot mit windows xp und wlan dort deaktiviert.

Ich habe gelesen die Treiber für meine Wlankarte seien schon zu beginn integriert, funktioniert aber leider nicht.

Eine Verbindung mit Kabel kommt direkt zustande und funktioniert auch Prima.

Der Block kann durch 

sudo rfkill unblock all

gelöst werden. 

rfkill list

als Kontrolle. Die aktuelle Firmware kann durch das Paket linux-firmware nachinstalliert werden. Siehe unter WLAN/Zydas ZD1211 und hier.

die dateien hatte ich bereits heruntergeladen nur konnte ich sie nicht in den zd1212? ordner kopieren

Versuche einen Startparameter für das Modul acer_wmi: 

sudo modprobe -rf acer_wmi
sudo modprobe -v acer_wmi wireless=1
sudo rfkill unblock all
sudo depmod -a

Kontrollen: 

iwconfig
sudo iwlist scan
dmesg | grep wmi
rfkill list

Klappt das, dann permanent: 

echo 'options acer_wmi wireless=1' | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/acer_wmi.conf

vielen dank! es funktioniert schreibe über eine funktionierende wlan verbindung.

nur ein "unschönes" problem gibt es noch beim starten von ubuntu da kommt nun eine meldung von acer_wmi mit dem parameter wireless (no such directory oder so was)

kann ich das noch iwie entfernen?

Vermutlich die Meldung 

unknown parameter `wireless'

die wird auch dann bei 

dmesg | grep wmi

angezeigt. Wenn es funktioniert ist es Ok.
